G.F. Heime Söhne is a German product design company that has been producing from their factory since 1862, what started as a tortoiseshell based product business, they changed directions when it became considered the wrong thing to keep manufacturing.

They now make cutlery/ kitchenware and serving utensils in a plastic "plexiglass" that they have created and perfected. How very German to be such perfectionists!
