Well, not a sentence I had thought of before I started Kiosk but the more I post the bigger my obsession.
I thought it time I opened up about my posting decisions so you can tailor your own experience with Kiosk.
First a great looking pic of a new arrival of Le bon shoppe socks.
I predominantly use Sendle and am mostly happy with them, the postage fee is often in my favour and the timelines also. Every now and then they will throw me a clanger but I will always be available to work it through and have spent many an hour working it out with their "help" centre, if I see a package hasn't been picked up from a drop off point after 2 days I will go and remove it myself and post with the post office.
Sendle work with 2 couriers; Courier please and Aramex. I have had nearly all my issues (not many in the grand scheme of things) with Aramex and so if this courier accepts in my system I now stop the process and instead go Australian Post (twice burnt and all of that).
I do very handily live very close to a post office (actually 2 but 1 is literally 9 foot steps away), I dont love Aus post at all, but for a few things I will use them:
- if your shipping address is in a remote area
-if you order after I have done a sendle run (usually first thing in the morning)
-if your shipping address is a locker or PO Box
-if you request it
-if my order is accepted by Aramex.
If you have a particular shipping preference let me know and I can work with it, also if you have a shipping issue although I tend to watch the parcels (awkward) move through the system if I miss something let me know and I will work with you.
I am going to work on getting a few more shipping options this year, if you have any suggestions please let me know.
